• Conversations — what you share with the Medicare and Wellness assistants, so your questions keep their continuity.
• Personal journal — the entries you write in your journal inside the app.
• Habits and micro-goals — the ones you create and your daily progress.
• Notification preferences — your choices about push reminders.
• Disclaimer acceptance — the date and time you accepted the disclaimer.

How we use your information

• To personalize your experience inside the app (greetings, daily content, assistant replies).
• To send you the reminders and notifications you set up yourself.
• To improve the quality of the app's answers and features.

Links to external services

When our Medicare assistant shares a link to compare plans or enroll, you leave 360 Balance and enter an independent platform operated by licensed insurance agents, with its own privacy policy and terms of use. We do not receive and do not have access to the information you share on that platform. We recommend reading their privacy policy before giving them any personal information.

How we protect your information

• Your connection is encrypted (HTTPS) at all times.
• Your password is stored securely and never in plain text.
• Access to the database is restricted and protected.

No system is 100% invulnerable, but we work continuously to keep your data safe.
